This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing to Additional Commissioner (Judicial) IInd Agra Division Agra, Respondent no. 2 to decide the revision no. 1408 of 2014 (Computerized case no. C20140100001408) under section 219 of U.P.Land Revenue Act 1901, filed by Res 3 to 5 within Stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court deem fit under the facts of the case." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that revision no. 1408 of 2014 (Computerized case no. C20140100001408) under section 219 of U.P.Land Revenue Act 1901 is pending consideration before respondent no.2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent No.2 to decide Revision No. 1408 of 2014 (Computerized case no. C20140100001408) under section 219 of U.P.Land Revenue Act 1901, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
