2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 66B, 66C and 66D of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad.
3. On 06.01.2025, Cyber Police, Dhanbad on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in Tapovan Colony, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons. Mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. It was submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated anybody.
5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that some of the mobile phones which were recovered from the place of occurrence, were used in committing cyber offence.
6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025.
