PATIL) Learned counsel for the parties have filed a joint memo of settlement, which reads as under; "JOINT MEMO OF SETTLEMENT The undersigned most respectfully submits that by the intervention of well- wishers, the parties to the present proceedings have resolved their dispute amicably, in that the accused has furnished a written apology to the complainant herein and had already paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as directed by the Ld. Trial Court vide its judgment and decree dated 22.03.2024 in O.S. No.6089/2021. Thus, it is respectfully submitted that the prayer in the Ex. Pet. No.1440/2025 which was filed in respect of the judgement and decree dated 22.03.2024 in O.S. No.6089/2021. stands fully satisfied and in view of the same, the present proceedings do not survive for consideration.
