01. The petitioner through the medium of this writ petition is seeking a writ of mandamus unto the writ respondents for release of the withhold amount, without disclosing as to how much amount is so withheld by the writ respondents for which the writ jurisdiction of this Court is being availed.
02. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for lack of particulars, with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner that in case if a writ petition bearing full and better particulars
comes to be filed by the petitioner, then the dismissal of this writ petition will not come in the way of the maintainability of the fresh writ petition, provided the same is filed within next thirty (30) days.
