Babu Naidu and Others reported 2023 2 WLW 195. The Full Bench while passing this judgment, has taken into consideration the Panchayat Act and Rules. 6.In the light of the written instructions given by the 3rd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to take immediate steps and complete the process within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 7.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
