The non-applicant/Acquiring body has deposited 50% of the amount of compensation as awarded by the learned reference Court. This Court has granted stay to execution of the impugned judgment of the award on the condition to deposit the entire amount. 2. The learned counsel for the applicant/original land owner has moved the present application seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited along with accrued interest. The learned advocate for the acquiring body does not dispute the statement made by learned advocate for the applicant/original land owner. 4. In that view of the matter, the applicant-land owner is permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited, 50% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking and 50% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security.
