ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and Respondent Nos.5 to 7 with regard to affairs of Valmiki Seva Sangam at Flindupur, Sri Sathya Sai District and insisting the petitioners to hand over the minutes book and other records in favour of Respondent Nos.5 to 7 inspite of pendency of suit in O.S. No. 43 of 2025 on the file the Junior Civil Judge, Hindupur as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and consequently to direct the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere into the civil disputes between the petitioners and Respondents No.5 to 7.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Dunga Ritesh Naidu,
learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Police are calling the Petitioners unnecessarily to the Police Station and are trying to interfere in the civil dispute between the Petitioners and Respondent Nos.5 to 7.
3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that though the Petitioners voluntarily agreed to handover the books pertaining to Valmeeki Seva Sangam, they did not handover the same to the Respondents and the same were committed theft by the Petitioners. As such, a case in Crime No.20 of 2025 on the file of II Town Police Station, Hindupur has been registered against the Petitioners on

the complaint given by Respondent No.5 for the offence under Section 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
4. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents and to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
