Joint memo is filed and it is jointly signed by petitioner No.3 and also behalf of petitioner No.2 and respondent and their respective counsels. 3. As per the terms of joint memo, the matter is settled for Rs.7,50,000/- including the amount of Rs.65,000/- deposited by petitioners before the trial Court. 4. The petitioners have agreed to pay balance amount of Rs.6,85,000/- to respondent within three months from this day i.e., on or before 23.10.2025 by way of Demand Draft in favour of respondent. 5. The petitioners have no objections for respondent withdrawing Rs.65,000/- deposited by them before the trial Court. 6. In view of the above settlement, the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act is compounded. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27954 CRL.RP No. 190 of 2023 7. In view of the compounding, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of as offence is compounded. 8. Respondent is permitted to withdraw Rs.65,000/- deposited by the petitioners before the trial Court. 9. If the petitioners fails to pay the balance amount of Rs.6,85,000/- within three months from this day, judgment of the trial Court will revive. 10. The respondent shall furnish her bank account details, so as to enable the trial Court to transfer the amount deposited by the petitioners directly to bank account of the respondent.
