The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent-Tahasildar, Bangalore East Taluk, K.R.Puram, to consider the representation given by the petitioner for survey, phodi and dhurast of land bearing Sy.Nos.51/P12 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31601 WP No. 23409 of 2025 and 51/P26 measuring 2 acres each situated at Hancharavalli Village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bangalore East Taluk,. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate however submits that an application for Phodi and Durast work is required to be made online and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to file an application online. 4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate, this writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application online to the respondent-Tahasildar, Bangalore East Taluk and the respondent-Tahasildar is also directed to consider the application which would be filed by the petitioner and do the needful as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the application. 5.
