Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 1063 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned subject to payment of a sum of Rs.2,500/- [Two Thousand and Five Hundred only] to the Madras High Court Advocates Association (MHAA) within a period of one (1) week from today. Upon receipt of payment, Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission along with C.M.A.No.2366 of 2021 on 13.07.2026.
