1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 29.07.2024 passed in MCRC No. 4588/2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Gaind Singh Diwan had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.02.05 16:58:25 +0530
2 the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned Upper Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) Bastar, Place- Jagdalpur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 25.01.2025, requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statements of only Patwari and Investigating Officer is remaining in the case. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time to conclude the trial.
4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today.
5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order be sent to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
