The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): "for transfer of Matrimonial Divorce Case No. 107 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chapra (Saran) to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur.” 3. The lady has shown her inability to attend the proceedings at the present place and reasons also assigned. 4. The opposite party on the other hand submits that he has no objection to the relief sought for by the petitioner but he be allowed to appear through the video conferencing. Patna High Court MJC No.2153 of 2025(4) dt.17-08-2026 2/2 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the opposite party appear through the video conferencing. 6. Having heard with the consent of both parties, Matrimonial Divorce Case No. 107 of 2025 is hereby transferred from the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chapra (Saran) to the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur, with liberty to both parties to appear either physically or virtually through video conferencing. 7. In the event that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur considers the physical presence of the parties necessary for the purpose of mediation, an appropriate order may be passed directing the parties to remain physically present on the particular date fixed for such mediation. 8.
