The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 299, 302, 132, 61(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. On 13.10.2024, at about 04:30 p.m., 20 named and 40-50 unknown persons had attacked the police party. The mob was protesting against the death of one Sakendra Bhuiyan. 4. It was submitted that nobody has sustained injury in the said occurrence. It was further submitted that there is no general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. 5. Mr. Shailesh Kr Sinha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Itkhori P.S.
