APARESH KUMAR SINGH Order 25/04/2025 Petitioner wants transfer of TS(MAC) No.319 of 2022 from the Court of learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Court No.5, West Tripura, Agartala to the Court of learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Khowai, Tripura. Petitioner is the victim of the accident which occurred on 13.11.2022 on Assam Agartala Road in Khowai District. Since he was treated in AGMC & GBP Hospital, Agartala, he instituted the case before the learned tribunal at West Tripura. Now that he is fit and has gone back to his home in Khowai, he wants transfer of the said case to Khowai. However, after some arguments, Mr. Saugat Datta, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this instant petition. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
