This is an application under Section-5, of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 130 days in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and Sentence dated 29.10.2024 passed by the Special Judge (POCSO), Baghmara South Garo Hills in Special POCSO Case No. 1 of 2014 arising out of Baghmara Women PS Case No. 01(01)201 u/s 366A/376(2)(h)/342/506 IPC, 1860 r/w Section 4 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012. 2.
