The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the impleadment of Naorem Praveen Singh, IAS, Secretary (Edn/S), Government of Manipur and Ng. Bhogendra Meitei, MCS, Director of Education(S), Government of Manipur, as respondent Nos. 3 & 4 in the connected CONT.CAS(C) No. 146 of 2022 on the ground that they are necessary party. Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No. 2, fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the impleadment application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is of the considered view that impleadment of the said two incumbents LAIRENMAYUM INDRAJEET SINGH Digitally signed by LAIRENMAYUM INDRAJEET SINGH Date: 2025.03.07 14:43:35 +05'30' as respondent Nos. 3 & 4 in the connected contempt case is necessary.
