Learned counsel for the petitioner very candidly submits that initially status quo order was passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.06.2023 passed in LPA-769-2023 titled 'Nirmal Singh vs. State of Punjab and another'. However, later on the said LPA was admitted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.04.2024 but the petitioner continued working for 3 months with the respondent. In this regard, the petitioner would file a representation to the respondent for release of his remuneration for the said period. 2.
