The only reason informed to me across the Bar for non- mentioning and reflecting name of Petitioner - Mahesh Ramesh Koli who is admittedly the grandson of deceased in the previous Petition filed for seeking issuance of Grant is that it was on account of the Advocate's mistake. Ms. Thakur informs that the Advocate was given all the names but he did not mention all of them as legal heirs in the Petition which was filed. In view of this submission made, there is no 1 of 2 29. MPT-602-2025.docx reason as to how the Grant can be sustained. It is therefore required to be revoked. Hence, Petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:- a. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to revoke / annul / cancel the Original Grant of Letters of Administration with the Will annexed dated 21st March, 2023 granted / issued by the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay in favour of the above Respondents i.e. Rohini Malesh Bhatt and Ganesh Malesh Bhatt. b. That this Hon'ble Curt be pleased to order and direct the Respondents to deposit immediately the Original Grant of Letters of Administration with will annexed dated 21st March, 2023 issued by the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay in Testamentary Petition No. TP/1912/2022 in the office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to prevent further misuse of the Original Grant of Letters of Administration with Will annexed dated 21st March, 2023. 3. Original Grant is directed to be submitted back to the Department by Respondents who have received the Grant within a period of one week from today positively. Said Grant shall sand cancelled. 4.
