The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Budaun to decide the S.C.C. Suit No.109 of 2020 (Mandir Harprasad Shivalaya Trust vs. Suman) within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned S.C.C. suit filed in the year 2020 is still pending for adjudication. He further submitted that certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding is annexed as Annexure No.3 to the petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and keeping in view of the facts and circumstances, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Budaun is directed to decide the aforementioned suit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him. 5.
