The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 109 of 2022 arising out of Manjhari P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 324, 326, 307, 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier twice rejected by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court. 4. On 08.02.2022, at about 09:30 p.m., the petitioner alongwith the co- accused persons went to the house of one Shiv Shankar Maharana, and assaulted Shiv Shankar and Satish Gope. The informant was also injured in the said assault while Shiv Shankar and Satish Gope succumbed to their injuries. 5.
