This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 (District Magistrate/Collector, Jaunpur) to decide the representation/application of the petitioner dated 28.06.2025, which is still pending before him/her within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted. The grievance of petitioner is that she wants her name recorded in revenue records. The petitioner has remedy of moving an application before respondent no. 3. 3. In case, the said application is moved within 15 days from today, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, within a period of next one month. 4.
