Present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for issuance of directions to respondents to hand over the investigation to some other independent agency in case FIR No.0332 dated 17.05.2025 registered under Sections 103(1), 190, 191(3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Palla, District Faridabad. 2. Learned State counsel has apprised this Court that in the present matter, five persons have already been arrested. Further, the investigation has been completed and final report under Section 193 BNSS has been filed on 11.08.2025 before the Court concerned. Learned State counsel further submitted that if the petitioner/complainant is aggrieved or any grievance survives, he can exhaust his legal remedy. 3. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative legal remedies as available to her in accordance with law, if any grievance survives.
