Counsel. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CONT P No. 1100 of 2025 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER Though this contempt petition is filed against a Division Bench order of this Court in W.A.No.3039 of 2023, dated 01.11.2023, the Division Bench, before which this Contempt Petition was placed, on 16.03.2026, passed the following order : “Since the contempt petition has been filed complaining violation of order passed in W.P.No.2510 of 2022, the contempt petition will have to be placed before the learned single Judge. 2. Registry may get appropriate orders and list the matter before the learned Single Judge concerned.” Following the said order of the Division Bench, Registry put up a note before the Hon’ble Chief Justice and obtained orders to list the contempt petition before this Court. That is how this Contempt Petition is listed here. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the order passed in W.P.No.2510 of 2022, dated 11.07.2024, a writ appeal was preferred by the respondents herein and the said writ appeal was allowed.
