Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:119773-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 23491 of 2025 Petitioner :- Mukkaram Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Amit Singh Yadav,Gautam Kumar,Somesh Khare Counsel for Respondent :- Anjali Upadhya,C.S.C. Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J. 1. Heard Shri Somesh Khare, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent nos. 1 to 4 and Mrs. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the spot inspection furnished by the respondent authority and restraining the respondent to dispossess the petitioner from the land bearing Khasara No. 633, area 5100 sq. meter situated at village Haldauni, tehsil Dadari, district Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that he is not pressing both the aforesaid reliefs at this stage. He has confined his relief to the extent that his application for demarcation under Section 24 of the U.P.Revenue Code 2006, which is pending before the respondent may be decided expeditiously. 4. In the facts and circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the competent authority to decide the aforementioned application of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him but certainly after affording ample opportunity to all stakeholders in the matter.
