Case No. 98 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail as petitioner is alleged to have fired on the father of the informant causing two fire- arm injuries when he was coming out of the court after giving his evidence. 4.
