THIS APPEAL, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, JUDGMENT WAS DELIVERED THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN and HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH RAI K - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:36012-DB WA No. 455 of 2022 ORAL JUDGMENT (PER: HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN) This appeal is preferred by the Bangalore Development Authority ('BDA' for short) against the order dated 21.04.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.55393/2014. We notice that the direction has been issued to the respondents to take necessary steps to address the grievances and to consider and pass appropriate orders on the applications submitted by the petitioners. 2. We notice that the learned Single Judge had specifically recorded in paragraph No.4 of the judgment that the BDA had already forwarded the applications submitted by the petitioners vide Annexure-E dated 14.02.2008 for consideration of the Government. Therefore, the directions issued by the learned Single Judge would be to the Government to take appropriate decisions on the said applications. Since, there is no direction issued as against the BDA in the judgment, we - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:36012-DB WA No. 455 of 2022 are of the opinion that there is no merit in the appeal preferred by the BDA. The writ appeal therefore fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. All pending interlocutory applications are dismissed.
