By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to release the family pension in favour of petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the respondent No.- 2 vide representation dated 22nd November, 2024, a copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure – 7 to the writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event a direction is issued for disposal of the pending representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 22nd November, 2024 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Needless to add, the order to be passed by the authority concerned, the same shall be reasoned and speaking one.
