JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD ORAL ORDER The unanimous submission by the learned counsels for the parties is that notwithstanding the dispute presented for consideration calling in question the second respondent's decision to defreeze the petitioner's account, the petition could be disposed of recording the statement that the petitioner is willing to furnish the account details and that the second respondent will transfer the amount payable accordingly. In the light of the afore, the petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to furnish its account details within one week and calling upon the second respondent to transfer the amount undisputed to the petitioner's account within a week from the date of receipt of the details.
