Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had served representation dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.4 but the same has not been considered and decided till date. At this stage, they will be satisfied in case the aforesaid representation dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) is considered and decided by respondent No.5 in accordance with law and in a time bound manner. 3.
