(Oral) CM-4906-LPA-2025 This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 102 days in preferring the appeal. Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and delay of 102 days in preferring the appeal is condoned. Main case The appellant has impugned the judgment of the Single Bench dated 20.01.2025 whereby the writ petition preferred by the respondent for grant of salary of the higher post of Sub-Divisional Engineer for the period he had worked, has been allowed. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant-Department submits that the respondent, who was working as an Assistant Engineer, was given the additional charge of the post of Sub-Divisional Engineer only on two occasions.
