Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the orders passed by this Court has been complied with and the contribution recovered from the salary of the petitioners towards the 'Contributory Pension Scheme' (CPS) has been arrived at and the same has been sent sent to the Pay and Accounts Officer for onwards credit to the respective ECS account of the petitioners and the amounts have also been credited to the individual account.
