In the instant petition, petitioner herein prays for a direction upon the respondents not to construct a road/pathway in middle of the petitioners land falling under survey No. 2389 and 2390 till the fresh demarcation is conducted. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, Respondent no. 2, to demarcate the land of the petitioner within the reasonable period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents is not averse to the proposition of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
