Heard Sri Atul Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State. 2. Case of petitioner is that he has undergone heart surgery and still he is not recovered. Meanwhile, he is promoted and directed to be posted at Etah whereas earlier place of posting was Aligarh. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner’s transfer may be kept in abeyance for some months so that he may recover and meanwhile his representation may also be considered. 4. In peculiar circumstances of the case, impugned transfer order dated 16.06.2025 is kept in abeyance for a period of 3 months from today and thereafter petitioner shall join at his transferred place. Salary for promoted post will be applicable only when he joins at transferred place. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of with above observations. Order Date :- 13.8.2025 N.
