Chandrakala Mundot vs. Mining Engineer, Ajmer and another is quashed and set aside. (2) The aforesaid appeal is restored to its original number. (3) The second Appellate Authority is directed to decide the question of limitation afresh taking into consideration the certificate dated 28.07.2010 issued by the [2025:RJ-JP:6374] (2 of 2) [CW-10615/2010] Medical Officer, Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Toshina (Nagaur), the original whereof shall be produced by the appellant before the authority within a period of four weeks from today.
