Borah, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 18.02.2025, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Page No.# 2/2 Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the Investigating Officer. On the other hand, Mr. D. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Cyber P. S. Case No. 03/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of the BNS has already been recorded. Considering the fact that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.02.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition No.2 attached to the said order remaining intact.
