The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant, Anikepalli Gram Panchayat, Venkatachalam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District under MGNREG scheme, joined services on 04.11.2021 and since then he has been discharging duties. Due to political equations, respondents 4 to 6 are not allowing the petitioner to discharge his duties as Field Assistant. 2 3. Learned standing counsel on instructions, would submit that the petitioner himself not attending the duties of Field Assistant. Respondents 4 to 6 never interdicted the petitioner from discharging duties. He would also submit that if the petitioner attends his duties, respondents will not interfere with the petitioner’s discharging duties. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the respondents 4 to 6 not to interfere with the petitioner’s discharging duties as Field Assistant, Anikepalli Grama Panchayat, Venkatachalam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without following due process. No order as to costs.
