Hon'ble Kshitij Shailendra,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The facts of the present case are identical to those noted in the order passed in Writ-C No. 23427 of 2025 (Smt. Shanti Devi vs. Additional Commissioner (Judicial) and 2 others). There are slight differences between the same, however, without recording any observation regarding the particulars of those aspects, at this stage, it is observed that since revision against the order cancelling the Patta is pending and under identical circumstances this Court has passed an order in the case of Virendra Singh @ Virendra Pal vs. Additional Commissioner (Judicial) and two others (Writ-C No. 9491 of 2025) and also in Writ-C No. 23427 of 2025 (Smt. Shanti Devi vs. Additional Commissioner (Judicial) and two others), it would be in the interest of justice to protect the interest of the petitioner pending revision before the Additional Commissioner (Judicial). 3. For the reasons stated in the order passed today in Writ-C No. 23427 of 2025 (Smt. Shanti Devi vs. Additional Commissioner (Judicial) and two others), this petition is disposed of directing the Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Agra Division, Agra to decide the Revision Suit No. 2864 of 2024 "Computerized No. C20240100002864 (Ajay Pal vs. Gaon Sabha and others) under Section 210 of U.P. Land Revenue Code-2006 within a period of four months from the date a copy of this order is filed before him. 4. Till disposal of the revision, effect and operation of the order dated 08.11.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Bhogaon in Case No. 3176 of 2021 "Computerized Case No. T202101490303176" shall remain stayed. 5.
