1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to direct the official respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in a case arising out of FIR No.92, dated 03.06.2025, under Section 108 of B.N.S, registered at Police Station Jamaplur, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.
2. Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Balwinder Kaur submits that the matter is being investigated fairly and in case, involvement of any accused is found, the action shall be taken, in accordance with law. He has further assured the Court that the investigation shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the provisions of B.N.S.S.
3. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no further directions are required and the petition is accordingly, disposed of.
