No.1 of 2019 in H.M.O.P. No.857 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, aggrieved by the quantum of interim maintenance fixed by the Court below. 2. According to the petitioner, the interim maintenance amount fixed under the impugned order is too less. The Family Court, under the impugned https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 2743 of 2025 order, has fixed the interim maintenance payable to the petitioner by the respondent at Rs.5,000/- per month. 3. The petitioner is not having the benefit of interim stay of further proceedings in H.M.O.P. No.857 of 2019 in this Civil Revision Petition. It is also brought to the notice of this Court by both the counsels that H.M.O.P. No.857 of 2019 is posted for pronouncement of judgment by the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. 4. This Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2025. At this stage, when H.M.O.P. No.857 of 2019 is posted for pronouncement of judgment, the question of interfering with the impugned order does not arise. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. 5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
