By this application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, the applicant has sought for condonation of delay of 402 days in preferring the connected appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 31-01-2024 passed by the Special Judge, POCSO, Mawkyrwat, South West Khasi Hills District in Special POCSO Case No. 5 of 2021. Perused the application. Reason for delay has been satisfactorily explained. The learned Addl. PP appearing for the State-respondent has no objection to the prayer of condonation of delay.
