ORDER 30.06.2025
A perusal of the record shows that on previous occasion also, the petitioners had filed contempt petition complaining about non- implementation of order dated 25.07.2017 passed by the writ Court. The said contempt petition bearing CCP(S) No. 460/2021 was considered by this Court on its merits and was disposed of vide order dated 02nd September 2024 by observing that consideration order has been passed by the respondents, as such order of the writ Court passed on 25.07.2017 stands complied with. The contempt petition was accordingly closed by giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the consideration order. Instead of challenging consideration order by way of appropriate proceedings, the petitioners have again invoked contempt jurisdiction of this Court which is not permissible under law. The petition is, therefore, not maintainable and is dismissed accordingly.
