The said amount has not been deposited till date. Learned counsel for the appellant is continuously absent today on the third consecutive date of hearing. Continuous absence of the appellant and failure on his part to deposit the decreetal amount is sufficient to indicate that the appellant has lost interest in further prosecution of the present appeal.
