Case No. 429 of 2024 arising out of Hariharganj P.S. Case No. 09 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1065 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, who was murdered in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is an invalid person and he cannot move or walk by himself. It was further submitted that two accused persons namely Amresh Yadav and Shanti Devi have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mrs. Nehala Sharmin, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with S.T.
