This Court, vide order dated 18.07.2024 passed in MCRC No. 3743/2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Umashankar Pandey had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with 2 law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Upper Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) Bastar, Place- Jagdalpur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 25.01.2025, requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that out of the 03 witnesses, 02 witnesses are the mother and uncle of the victim. The mother of the victim remained absent after the summons were served several times and the summons issued to the uncle of the victim are repeatedly being received as non-served. Further due to a visit to Judicial Academy Bilaspur on 10.01.2025, the said witnesses could not be examined. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
