It appears from the record that registration/institution of proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code- 2006 has been set into motion. 2. Considering the material placed before the Court, where the authorities have proceeded to register the case, the writ petition stands disposed of with the following directions:- A. Proceedings under Section 67 of the Code shall be registered on a computerized number within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bhatpar Rani, Deoria. B. The court concerned shall proceed to issue notice to the persons affected by the proceedings and after providing full opportunity of hearing to all the parties as well as Gaon Sabha, the same shall be decided strictly in accordance with law within a period of next three months. C. The court shall follow the decision of this Court in the case of Rishipal Singh vs. State of U.P. and others reported in 2023 ADJ (1) 154.
