C. : 1. By the present Petition, the challenge is raised to the order dated 14th October, 2022 by which the Appeal No. 11 of 2022 came to be partly allowed. The impugned order was set aside and the Appellant was reinstated in Respondent No. 2 College only for the purpose of further continuation of the enquiry. 2. The submission of the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner is that by the impugned order, the Petitioner was prohibited from examining witnesses and producing documents. It is informed to this Court and which is evident from the Interim Application which has Vishal Parekar 1 of 2 29-wp-2229-2023.doc been 6led by the Petitioner that the enquiry was subsequently proceeded with and the Petitioner came to be terminated on 16th January, 2024. 3. In the light of the subsequent conclusion of the enquiry, the issues which arise in the present Petition no longer survives for consideration. 4. The Petition is therefore disposed of as infructuous. 5. It is open for the Petitioner while challenging the subsequent order of termination dated 16th January, 2024 to raise all contentions including the aspect of the Petitioner being prohibited from examining witnesses and producing documents. 6.
