On requisition to submit certificate obtained from the police, he had made representation dated 8th July, 2025 to respondent nos.4 and 5 (the Superintendent of Police and the Station House Officer). He submits, there be direction for consideration of the representation and issuance of certificate. 2. Mr. Anubhav Chandra, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly dealt with. Mr. Shrey Sharma, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3 (the oil company) and points out defect in the prayer. 3. On query Mr. Chandra submits, the verification has to be made by respondent no.5. Said respondent is directed to deal with petitioner's representation dated 8th July, 2025. Certified copy of this order and copy of the representation be communicated by petitioner to said respondent.
