The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61 of B.N.S. and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar. On 19.12.2024, Cyber Police, Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in village Bhura, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner and co-accused persons. Two mobile phones are alleged to have been recovered from their possession. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for about nine months. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
