By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the following relief: “Hon'ble court may consider the matter & order(s) opposite parties to file showcase within 15 days for inaction of police by superseding Hon'ble court with complete oblique motive to make investigation worthless vide F. I. R. No. 0268/20 of J.M. F.C. SORO COURT C.T Case No. 632/2020 in order to suppress the truth for escaping the contemnor from contempt charges for submission of forged document through affidavit with inserting Petitioner’s signature in course of Contempt to mislead Court”. 3. Keeping in view the narration made in the application as well as the prayer made, there is absolutely no consistency in both and nothing could be made out from either the application or the prayer for any direction to be passed by this Court. 4. In view of the above, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file a better application. 5. Accordingly, the CRLMP is dismissed as withdrawn.
