He further submitted that charge sheet has been filed and after taking cognizance in C.C.No.492 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Tirupattur, in which, the trial Court issued summons to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court. Against which, the present petition has been filed. 3.After hearing both sides, this Court directs both parties to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tirupattur, forthwith. 4.
